Audrey H. Bedolis, Of Counsel

Attorney Audrey Hirsch Bedolis has been practicing law since 1993. She began her career at a boutique plaintiff’s firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, representing victims of sexual abuse by professionals on a national level. Audrey moved to Manhattan in 1996 and worked as associate and then partner in the litigation and business law departments of three premiere Manhattan law firms. For nearly twenty years, Audrey has represented business owners, including commercial factors, professional depositors, and members of the fine arts, furniture and decor, and food and beverage industries.

Audrey has expertise drafting and negotiating commercial leases and consulting agreements, litigating business disputes, litigating coop and condo disputes, and enforcing the contractual and statutory rights of creditors. She has extensive experience enforcing judgments including prosecuting fraudulent conveyance actions. Audrey regularly represents buyers and sellers of coops, condos, and single/multiple family houses.

Audrey graduated from Tufts University, cum laude, and received her law degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Audrey is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where she was a member of the Professional Responsibility Committee. She is also a member of the Mount Sinai Hospital Auxiliary Board and an officer of the Tufts Lawyers Association.
